Alison (she/her) brings over a decade of community organizing experience to her role as the Executive Director of the Washington Interfaith Network (WIN DC). Alison’s organizing work spans many issues, including affordable housing, public safety, and Black homeownership, and her organizing always centers directly impacted people to build power and lead change. Alison has grown WIN DC’s diverse coalition of member institutions to create a multi-racial and multi-faith grassroots power organization with a track record of winning policy change. Passionate about leadership development, Alison has extensive experience developing local leaders, training new organizers, and creating dynamic teams. Alison earned her Master of Divinity degree from Duke Divinity School in 2013 with a focus on the intersection of faith and racial equity.
